Change how your organization's address details display on invoices, quotes, credit notes, customer statements, and purchase orders.
How it works
- The default address that shows on your documents is the postal address in Organisation details.
- Your organisation's name is taken from the Legal / Trading name field in Organisation details.
- Change the address details displayed, like adding your registered address, by using an invoice template.
- To display two or more addresses, like including a delivery address, you need to use an advanced invoice template (DOCX template).
- Changing your details on an invoice template directly doesn't affect your contact details in Organisation details.

Download an advanced invoice template to change your address details. The default «OrganisationName» and «OrganisationPostalAddress» fields on an advanced invoice template draws information from Organisation details in Xero. To display different contact details on your documents, add them as static text.
Now you’ve uploaded your template into Xero, print an invoice or other document to see how it looks. ⓘ Tip Custom themes aren't available for receipts or remittance advices. You can however customize an invoice template to print or email a custom receipt.
