Delete a quote

You can mark a single quote or multiple quotes with the same status as deleted. Quotes aren't permanently deleted, they still show in the All tab. 

To mark a quote as deleted:

1. In the Business menu, select Quotes.
2. Select the relevant status tab for the quote you want to delete. 
3. Select the checkbox next to each quote you want to delete, then click Delete.
4. Click Delete again to confirm.

Marking a quote as deleted doesn’t permanently delete the quote. Deleted quotes still show in the All tab in the web version of Xero.

To mark a quote as deleted: 

1. In the Dashboard, tap Sales.

2. Find and open the quote you'd like to delete.

3. Tap the menu icon , then tap Delete.

4. Tap Delete to confirm.
