What customers can do with an online quote

When your customer receives the link to an online quote, they can:

  • Accept the quote – when customer clicks Accept, the user who created the quote receives an email notification, and the quote's status updates to Accepted.
  • Decline it – when customer clicks Decline, the user who created the quote receives an email notification, and the quote's status updates to Declined.
  • Ask a question – if a customer asks a question from the online quote, the user who created the quote receives an email.
  • Download and print a PDF copy of the quote.
⚠ Warning
When a quote with an advanced invoice template is opened on a mobile device using a web browser, any hidden details of the quote, such as quantity, unit price and discount applied, will show.
