Overview
  • Record when your customer accepts or declines a quote.

Mark a quote as accepted

  1. In the Business menu, select Quotes.

  2. Select the Sent tab.

  3. Select the checkbox next to the quote you want to mark as accepted.

  4. Click Accept.

The quote will now show in the Accepted tab.

  1. Tap Sales, then scroll down to quotes.

  2. Tap [number] Sent, then tap the quote to open it.

  3. Tap Options, then tap Mark as Accepted.

  1. Tap Sales, then scroll down to quotes.

  2. Tap [number] sent.

  3. Tap on a quote to open it.

  4. Tap the menu icon , then tap Mark as accepted.

 

Mark a quote as declined

  1. In the Business menu, select Quotes.

  2. Select the Sent tab.

  3. Select the checkbox next to the quote you want to mark as declined.

  4. Click Decline.

  5. (Optional) Enter the reason your quote was declined.

  6. Click Decline.

The quote will now show in the Declined tab.

  1. Tap Sales, then scroll down to quotes.

  2. Tap [number] Sent, then tap the quote to open it.

  3. Tap Options, then tap Mark as Declined.

  2. Tap [number] sent.

  3. Tap on a quote to open it.

  4. Tap the menu icon , then tap Mark as declined.
