If you've supplied all the items in a quote and invoiced your customer, mark the quote as invoiced.

To change a quote's status back to Accepted, unmark it as invoiced.
Mark quotes as invoiced
Marking a quote as invoiced doesn't create a new invoice. To invoice your customer, create an invoice from the quote.

In the Business menu, select Quotes.

Select the Accepted tab.

Select the checkbox next to each quote you want to mark as invoiced, then click Mark as invoiced.
The quote now shows on the Invoiced tab.

Tap Sales.

Under Quotes, tap [number] to invoice.

Tap the quote to see all fields.

Tap Options, then tap Mark as Invoiced.
The quote now appears under Done.

Unmark quotes as invoiced
Unmark a quote as invoiced to change its status from Invoiced to Accepted.
