- Print single or multiple quotes and mark them as sent to identify which quotes you’ve sent to your customers.
Print single or multiple quotes
You can print multiple quotes as a single PDF document if they have the same status. If you want to print quotes with different statuses, you need to print them individually.
To print single or multiple quotes:
- In the Business menu, select Quotes.
- Select the relevant status tab.
- Select the checkbox for each quote you want to print, then click Print.
- (Optional) If you’re printing a draft quote, select Mark as sent to update the quote’s status to sent.
- Click Print again to confirm.
The PDF file downloads to your device, where you can open and print it.
You can also print an individual quote while viewing it. To print a draft quote, click the menu icon , then select Print PDF. To print a sent, declined, accepted or invoiced quote, click Print PDF.
Mark a quote as sent
Printing a draft quote from within the quote doesn’t update the status to sent. To identify which quotes you’ve sent to your customers, you can manually mark them as sent.
To mark a quote as sent:
- In the Business menu, select Quotes.
- Select the Draft tab, then find and open the quote you want to mark as sent.
- Click the arrow next to Send, then select Mark as sent.
Once you mark a quote as sent, it moves to the Sent tab. Alternatively, to automatically mark a quote as sent.
